J.P. Fingado
President and Chief Executive Officer

J.P. Fingado is President and Chief Executive Officer of API Healthcare and has 20 years of senior-level healthcare information technology experience.  Previously, J.P. served as Vice President and General Manager of Cerner Corporation.  During his time at Cerner, he held several executive-level positions accountable for sales, operations, and research and development.  Prior to joining Cerner, J.P. was President and Chief Operating Officer of Dynamic Healthcare Technologies, a publicly held clinical software provider.   He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.

Patrick Pomroy
Chief Financial Officer

Patrick Pomroy oversees all financial operations of the company. With 20 years of financial and management experience, Patrick has worked in a variety of industries including human capital software.  Prior to joining API Healthcare, Patrick was the Vice President Corporate Controller at Omneon, Inc. where he was responsible for the process and consolidation of financial statements, revenue recognition, and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. He graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of East Anglia in Norwich England. Patrick is a Chartered Accountant.

Lisa A. LaBau
Senior Vice President of Operations

Lisa LaBau is responsible for overseeing the successful adoption and use of API Healthcare products.  Her focus is on delivering a consistent, integrated and responsive client experience.   Prior to joining API Healthcare, Lisa was with Dynamic Healthcare Technologies for 10 years until acquired by Cerner Corporation in December 2001.  She remained at Cerner and was responsible for several product lines that were consistently ranked #1 by KLAS.  Lisa earned a bachelor’s degree in science in Medical Technology at Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota.  As a medical technologist, she is part of American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).  

David Gorman
Vice President & General Manager, Clearview Solutions

David Gorman oversees the daily administration of API Healthcare’s Dallas office.    With over 16 years of experience in the technology industry, David is responsible for the business operation of the Clearview Solutions.  Before founding Clearview, he was employed at Knowledge Alliance, where he served in sales, marketing and management roles. Prior to that, David was a Business Development Manager for GE Capital Information Technology Solutions, where he was responsible for expanding the reach of the company’s enterprise IT solutions. David holds a bachelor’s degree in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas.

Bryan Dickerson
Vice President of Innovation

Bryan Dickerson oversees the design and development of all API Healthcare software and hardware. His priorities include the migration to new technologies, team building and strategic product expansion. He joined API Healthcare in 1989 as a programmer and has been integral in many corporate initiatives. Bryan has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point and is a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME).

John Pencsak
Vice President of Strategic Projects

 John Pencsak has more than fifteen years experience in high-technology sales, marketing, consulting, and development.  John currently leads a team of researchers and developers to leverage Internet technologies and web-based applications to create cutting-edge solutions specific to the health care industry.  Prior to his current role, John served as Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder for Clearview Staffing Software. John also served as Director of Sales for Macmillan Publishing, where he managed a staff responsible for the sales and distribution of consumer software and books to national retailers, distributors and e-tailers.  Johns holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of North Texas.

Christine Hoxworth
Vice President of Marketing

Christine Hoxworth is responsible for developing and executing API Healthcare's marketing communication programs and integrating strategic initiatives with the company’s objectives.  Since joining API Healthcare in 1990, she has held several senior leadership positions, most recently as the Director of Sales.  A graduate of The University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Christine is also a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and American Marketing Association.

Jim Klink
Vice President of Strategic Accounts

 Jim Klink has been with API Healthcare since 1985 and has played a vital role in the success of the company.  Jim’s most recent role with the company was as the Vice President of Sales.  As Vice President of Strategic Accounts, Jim is responsible for building relationships with key accounts to ensure they are maximizing the value of their API Healthcare solutions.  He is a member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
