That’s how many consecutive years KLAS has recognized API Healthcare for excellence in healthcare workforce technology. To be part of this list for the 13th straight time is a big honor, and it is as meaningful to us today as it was the very first time it happened. This year we are mentioned four times in the annual Best in KLAS: Software & Services report.

A research firm specializing in monitoring and reporting the performance of healthcare vendors, KLAS gathers vendor feedback from more than 16,000 executives at 4,500 hospitals and nearly 2,500 ambulatory organizations. That feedback is used to determine which vendors have top-rated products for certain market segments. This methodology makes our continued inclusion on this list year after year, significant.

The KLAS recognition, which is driven by client feedback, reinforces that we’re making the right decisions and having a positive impact our clients. This year, in addition to top Time and Attendance honors, we earned a top ranking in the Nurse/Staff Scheduling category for the third straight year, and for the first time ever, our cloud-based ShiftSelect® was chosen for the top honors in Nurse/Staff Scheduling category.

While this recognition has us jumping for joy, we would never take our success for granted. Even though our winning streak with KLAS continues to expand we never for a minute will rest on our laurels. In fact every time we are recognized for excellence it serves as motivation to keep us working hard. This is a big part of why clients give our solutions such high marks.
